Christmas and New Year Opening Hours 2026

During the festive 2026 break, our office opening times will be as follows:

  • Thursday 24th December 2026 – 9am to 5pm
  • Friday 25th December 2026 - CLOSED
  • Saturday 26th December 2026 - CLOSED
  • Sunday 27th December 2026 - CLOSED
  • Monday 28th December 2026 - CLOSED (Boxing Day Bank Holiday)
  • Tuesday 29th December 2026 - 9am until 5pm
  • Wednesday 30th December 2026 - 9am until 5pm
  • Thursday 31st December 2026 - 9am until 5pm
  • Friday 1st January 2027 - CLOSED
  • Saturday 2nd January 2027 - Normal Hours Resume

Managed Landlords and Tenants

Landlords can expect rent payments that have been received up to and before close of business on Wednesday 24th December 2026 to be paid to them on that day. If your rent is received after this date, it will be paid to you as soon as possible. We do not expect any issues in issuing out Rent Payments over the period where the office is on reduced hours.

 

Tenants can continue to report maintenance via www.wisemove.org while the office is closed, but only emergencies will be dealt with.

Now is the best time to get in touch with your tenants to ensure they know how to contact you over the festive period. You don’t want to start the new year with an avoidable bill for an emergency out-of-hours contractor your tenants called because they couldn’t get hold of you!
